Refund and Returns Policy
Comprehensive terms and conditions regarding the return, exchange, and refund of your pokemon card investments.
Overview & 30-Day Expiration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange on any pokemon card product.
7-Day Application Window
You should apply for a Refund or Return within 7 days after the said delivery date. This ensures prompt processing and verifies the item was not held for market manipulation.
Condition & Original Packaging
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, particularly for sealed pokemon card products.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
To complete your return, we strictly require a receipt or verifiable proof of purchase from our digital storefront.
Manufacturer Returns Void
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be routed through our official intake facilities.
Refund Inspection Notification
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Credit Processing Protocol
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (Step 1)
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again to ensure pending transactions have cleared.
Credit Company Processing Times
Then contact your credit company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on your ledger.

Exchanges strictly for Damages
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@poketradecards.com and send your item to the address in our refund mail.
Shipping Returns Procedure
Shipping returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you in our refund mail.
Customer Shipping Liability
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Deduction on Refunds
If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping (and any initial complimentary shipping) will be deducted from your total refund.
Variable Exchange Delivery Times
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged pokemon card product to reach you may vary significantly.
Trackable Shipping Requirement
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Market Volatility Clause
Due to the rapidly fluctuating nature of the pokemon card market, we do not honor returns initiated solely due to a drop in secondary market valuation after purchase.
Tamper-Evident Seal Integrity
Any factory-sealed booster box or case that exhibits signs of shrink-wrap tampering, re-sealing, or adhesive manipulation will be instantly rejected during our inspection process.
Graded Slab Case Scratches
Minor scuffs or scratches on the outer plastic casing of PSA, BGS, or CGC graded slabs are not considered “defective” and are not eligible for damage-based exchanges.
Raw Card Centering Exemptions
Returns based on the factory print centering of a raw pokemon card are not accepted. Print quality is dictated by the manufacturer, not the retailer.
Pre-Order Cancellation Fees
Cancellations on pre-ordered items prior to fulfillment are subject to a 10% restocking and administrative fee deducted from the final credit.
Vintage Card Sales Finality
All sales of vintage singles (defined as printed prior to the year 2010) are explicitly final to prevent swap-fraud and condition degradation.
Bulk Card Return Ineligibility
Purchases classified as “Bulk Lots” or “Mystery Packs” cannot be returned under any circumstances due to the randomized nature of the product.
Chargeback Fraud Protocols
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback while retaining the pokemon card merchandise will result in immediate legal action and a lifetime ban from our network.
Third-Party Authentication Rejections
If a product is flagged as counterfeit by our intake authenticators upon its return, no refund will be issued, and the item will be confiscated per federal law.
Box Break Finality
If you purchase a product meant to be opened live on stream (a “Box Break”), the sale is final the moment the manufacturer’s seal is broken on camera.
Digital Product Exclusions
Digital code cards for the pokemon card online trading game are strictly non-refundable once the code has been dispatched via email.
International Custom Duties
If an international shipment is returned because the buyer refused to pay localized customs duties or import taxes, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Store Credit Bonuses
Customers may opt to receive their refund in the form of Store Credit instead of a bank reversal, occasionally qualifying for a 5% promotional value addition.
Cosmetic Packaging Damage
Minor dents, corner dings, or tears on the cardboard packaging of Tins or Collection Boxes do not qualify the item as “defective” if the internal packs are unharmed.
Partial Order Returns
If returning only a portion of a larger order, the refund will strictly reflect the individual retail price of the returned item minus promotional bundle discounts.
High-Value Intake Recording
All returned packages valued over $500 are opened and inspected under uninterrupted video surveillance to protect both the buyer and our facility from liability.
Consignment Return Exclusion
Items sold through our third-party consignment program are exempt from standard return policies unless the item was materially misrepresented in the listing.
Apparel and Merchandise Condition
Non-card merchandise (shirts, hats, plushies) must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original retail tags securely attached.
Lost in Transit Investigations
If a return shipment is lost in transit by the carrier, the customer is solely responsible for initiating a trace and insurance claim with their chosen carrier.
Counterfeit Swap Protection
Every high-value pokemon card shipped features microscopic, invisible ink identifiers. Returns lacking these specific identifiers will be denied.
Promotional Item Forfeiture
If a purchase included a free promotional item, that item must also be returned in its original condition, or its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Refused Delivery Policy
Packages actively refused by the recipient at the time of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee once returned to our warehouse.
Clearance and Final Sale
Any items marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “As-Is” are explicitly excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.
Tournament Legality Nullification
We are not responsible for refunds if a purchased pokemon card is subsequently banned from competitive tournament play by the manufacturer.
Address Error Restocking
If an item is returned to sender due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment fees must be paid by the customer.
Signature Confirmation Refusals
Packages returned because the buyer was unavailable to provide a required signature after multiple delivery attempts will be treated as standard returns.
Wholesale and Distributor Returns
Commercial B2B purchases made at wholesale rates have a separate contractual return framework and do not fall under this consumer retail policy.
Return Authorization Expiration
Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is granted via email, the item must be postmarked within 5 business days, or the RMA becomes void.
Gift Card Non-Refundability
Digital or physical Gift Cards purchased for our store cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to a credit card.
Condition Degradation Deductions
If a returned raw pokemon card shows new signs of edge wear or surface scratching not present in original dispatch photos, up to a 50% deduction will be applied.
Event Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased for in-person tournaments or trade-nights hosted by our company are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
Subscription Box Policies
Monthly curated subscription boxes must be canceled prior to the 1st of the month; boxes already in transit cannot be returned.
Force Majeure Delays
We are not liable for delayed returns processing caused by catastrophic weather events, carrier strikes, or global logistics interruptions.
Third-Party Proxy Shippers
If a customer utilizes a proxy forwarding service to ship items overseas, our liability and return window end the moment the item is delivered to the US-based proxy address.
Policy Amendment Rights
Poke Trade Center reserves the right to amend, update, or alter this refund policy at any time without prior individual notice to consumers.
