3. I am not able to visit the physical store in person. Can I still sell to you remotely?

2. Do you sell ungraded or raw vintage singles?

We do! Because our raw singles inventory shifts so frequently, we don’t always list them on our website. However, you can visit our NYC flagship location and browse our massive selection of single pokemon cards in person.
3. Will a sold-out item come back into circulation?

Products from newer sets are highly likely to be restocked compared to out-of-print older sets; however, we are adding fresh vintage inventory all the time. Reach out to us if there’s a particular booster box you need, and we can check our inbound logistics.
4. Is everything you display in-store also available to purchase online?

No, many premium graded slabs, highly volatile ungraded singles, and the majority of our historic Vintage sealed products are held exclusively for in-store physical transactions to ensure condition preservation.
5. If I buy multiple booster boxes or bundles, can I request a factory-sealed case?

No. If we have factory-sealed master cases available for a particular expansion, it will be listed explicitly as a separate, premium purchase option on our digital storefront.

2. Am I permitted to cancel an order I just placed?

If your package hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it. However, cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% administrative cancellation fee when refunded to your original payment method to cover terminal costs. 2. How long will it take for my package to arrive safely?

3. How quickly do you dispatch parcels from your vault?

Orders are typically boxed and shipped within 3 business days of the transaction being cleared, unless otherwise stated in the specific product description or an active homepage announcement (e.g., pre-orders, severe weather, holidays).
4. Do you fulfill orders internationally or plan to add global shipping?

Unfortunately, due to extreme international shipping costs and the complexities of global customs duties that risk the safety of high-end pokemon cards, we do not have plans to ship internationally anytime soon.
5. The estimated date has passed; where is my transit order?

Showroom In-Store Pickup Protocol
1. How exactly does the in-store collection process work?

You’ll receive an official clearance email from us when your order is packed and ready. Come in anytime during our open business hours. You’ll simply need to provide your full name and valid order number to our desk staff.
2. How much time do I have to pick up my secured items?
30-day vault retention guarantees.
You have exactly 30 days from the date we transmit your pickup confirmation email to retrieve your order. After 30 days, we’ll automatically refund your order (minus a 10% restocking fee) and return the high-demand pokemon cards to our active inventory.
3. Can I authorize someone else to retrieve my order for me?
Secure third-party handover verification.
Yes, your trusted proxy will just need to provide your exact billing name and the correct order identification number upon arrival.
4. Can I dispatch an app-based courier (such as Uber Courier) to retrieve my package?
Modern logistical flexibility for local buyers.
Yes, please just give our team a heads-up on which day the courier will be arriving so we know to expect them. The driver must provide your name and the order number. If the courier app generates a security PIN, email that directly to info@poketradecard.com beforehand.
5. I paid for shipping but want to switch to a local pickup. Can I get a refund on the freight cost?

It depends entirely on what item classification you want to return. All TCG pokemon cards, promotional sale items, and digital gift cards are explicitly final sale to prevent mapping and tampering.
2. Does your store provide free return shipping labels?

No, the logistical cost of the return shipping label will be deducted directly from your order’s final approved refund balance.
3. What is the deadline to initiate a valid item return?

Professional PSA Grading Services
1. Can I submit my cards for official grading through your facility?

2. How do I know if my card is valuable enough to be worth grading?
Strategic evaluation for maximum asset return.
There are three critical factors that help determine whether your item should be encased:
1. Personal Preference
If you have a favorite childhood hit that you’re looking to authenticate, protect, and memorialize for your personal collection, then our stance is that it’s always worth grading!
2. Graded Market Value
Take a look at eBay or PriceCharting for the current auction value of a PSA 9 or 10 for the card you’re researching. If that value isn’t high enough to offset the grading fee, then generally we would not recommend sending it in.
3. Raw Card Condition
Condition can be difficult and highly subjective to judge. There are 4 condition categories by which PSA judges your cards (Centering, Corners, Edges, Surface). Generally, if your card looks like it will score less than a PSA 9, we don’t recommend grading (though vintage holographics can be a major exception). We’re happy to take a look at your card in person at our shop, but please understand we are not official graders and cannot guarantee a score.

These items ship directly from the partner brand, so shipping rates, delivery times, and packaging aesthetics may vary. If you order both standard items and Network accessories, they’ll arrive in separate packages. You’ll still receive all tracking information from us.
4. Can I merge shipping costs with other in-store items?

Because these partnered products ship from distinct physical locations across the country, they cannot be combined with our in-store inventory for a single shipping rate.
5. Can I return or exchange a Network accessory?

6. Can I cancel a pending order that contains a Network item?

7. Is in-store local pickup an option for these network items?

Since these exclusive items ship from the partner brand’s facility, in-store pickup is not structurally available for these specific products.
