How long does it take for me to receive my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on factory-sealed products or graded slabs to prevent tampering. If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email us immediately. If your order has not yet entered our fulfillment and processing queue, we can update the address for you.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your package is securely packed and leaves our New York facility, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment via the carrier's website.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please notify us instantly. If the package has already been handed over to the postal carrier, we are unable to intercept or reroute it. You will need to contact the carrier directly to attempt a package redirect.

Do you ship to my country?

We actively ship to all 50 states within the USA. We also maintain a specialized international logistics network to process orders and securely deliver premium trading cards to collectors globally.

Will my items come in one package?

We always strive to consolidate your items to save on shipping materials. However, if your order contains a mix of single raw cards and heavy sealed booster boxes, they may be shipped in separate protective packages to ensure the singles are not crushed during transit.
